Feedback on a new orc

Hello! I have made my first orc (actually during the work it evolved into the troll, it seems it is hard for an orc to remain an orc) . I will be very grateful for your feedback and some advice on how to improve my work.

P.S. If it is the wrong place to share ready work, please write where could be the more appropriate place to do this.

Your model looks great, the texturing is very good.
I think the rock floor could be improved … just make rocks!
