I’ve finished the course earlier today, and I must say, it’s pretty good! Very beginner-friendly. Kaan’s a real good instructor who knows his stuff. I think that for the “Complete” in this course’s name to be more meaningful, future revisions of it should cover more. In no particular order, here’s what I’d prioritize if I was Kaan:
- Builds and Publishing
- Pausing and Unpausing
- Menu Navigation
- Saving and Loading
- Setting up Cutscenes
- Tween-Based Animations
- More Usage of Particle System VFX
- More Programming Patterns
A very simple RPG batsys project would be great for covering most, if not all of the above. Especially if you can get the graphics to be reminiscent of the SNES or PS1 eras ^^
