Just want to say that Sam has done an excellent job of taking over from Ben, and I’m really enjoying the new section 5. It really feels like we are getting into some of the harder parts of Unreal which would be near impossible to learn any other way.
If there is one thing I would really like to see improved in this section though, it’s having a better overview of the project and the workflow. It’s a bit ‘do this, do this, then do that…’ right now.
In particular, the World -> Tank -> Controls -> Player 2 -> UI workflow really helped me stay focused not only on what to do next, but also what the overall parts of the project were. I would love to see something similar (even if it’s just linear road map rather than iterative) in this section too.
Anyway, overall it’s great and I’m really enjoying it. Keep up the great work!
