Failed to Load Window Layout

So when I load up Unity, I get this error saying that It “Failed to Load Window Layout”. The only buttons to click are [Load Default Layout] [Quit] or [Revert to Factory settings]. I’ve tried them all and they aren’t working and I can’t seem to find a solution to this issue, so if anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate the help.
