Failed to load outer for resource errors

This happened the second time now, though with different Blueprint.
Context : I was editing script as usual, tried compiling the build, got an error message that unreal editor crashed. And when i try to reopen the editor, i get LoadErrors like in the attached image

Now, my Blueprint for the Towers are gone, and i’m unable to get it back, unless i recreate again.

Why does this happen and what’s the fix for this?
Since this happened for the second time in a row, i’m doubting the reliability of the engine.
Can’t keep recreating stuff or reload everything all over again for reasons as simple as compiling code.(sorry abt the rant)

This time closing the editor and then recompiling and then closing the IDE and then reopen the Editor and IDE seem to have fixed the issue.

But, this is such a waste of time, if this happens this frequently. Never imagined Unreal can be this fragile.

Nevertheless, if there any steps i can follow to reduce/Eliminate these crashes and the LoadErrors, is highly appreciated

See the Live Coding Issues lecture. If you used Live Coding that session you need to compile with Unreal closed before you re-open it.
