Not bad. I would like the eyebrows area simplified if it was possible.
One example below the eye on the right I can change as below.
To be honest it could be cleaner and flow more organically. But doesn’t matter how it looks. What matters is how it functions.
Is this topology easily unwrappable for possible texture painting? Does it deform as intended for facial animation shape keys? Is it working as intended for this specific project?
These are the kind of specific questions you should be asking about the topology.
