I don’t know why, but the eye crease was massively difficult.
After 2 hours I gave up.
This was the best I could do.
Maybe some suggestions would help.

You’ve probably had too low vertices density for the eyes.
Make it less detailed! More like the mouth.
The details, you want, can be painted using texture bitmaps to mimic cracks, eyelids, etc.
It’s part of the Orc tutorial, so be patient.
It’s your first attempt at sculpting. Learn the process first, then you know a bit more about when or when not to go into details.
