I mean : I already had to completely redo the hand because the proportional edit tool mess with the finger, resulting in edges not being parallel.
The torso looks weird too but I failed to find a good form…

It looks good, no problems te be expected.
It looks fine.
Proportional editing is very useful but has to be off as default, just turned on when you know you want it is my way.
