Here is my attempt for the challenge. I got a bit too exited, and really wanted to make a desert scene, so I went and looked for tutorials that might help me create believable dunes. Can’t fully render it as it takes way too much time and my laptop overheats in the process.
I used the free portion of this tutorial for the sand dunes (https://cgcookie.com/course/creating-procedural-sand-dunes-with-blender-2-8). I think next time I’m going to try making the scene through modeling rather than through procedural generation.
