Extrusion Challenge - Empire State Building

This is the Empire State Building.

It was all made by 1X1 meter planes, that were copied and extruded together lots and lots and lots of times.
My problem is that when I try to render it, in the camera view, it seems like it is “consumed” by the shadow  .
I realy dont know why this happens.
When I increase the camera’s distance from the model bellow a certain point the “Shadow” starts “eating” it.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens ?

Camera clipping is active.
Scale down the object.

Or better, change the camera clipping as you already did

Both the camera and the viewport have ‘clipping’ settings you can alter. Looks like you have seen the viewport one. For rendering it uses the camera similar setting. In the camera properties tab.

Good work on the model!

As someone who’s lived in NY City her entire life, I can appreciate the nice work you’ve done on this. :grinning:
