Extract Function

I’m doing the course and when I right click in Visual Studio 2017, I don’t get ‘Extract Function’ Option. Tried other options and got unusable code. This looks like a great feature…how do I get it?

Tools > Options > Text Editor > C/C++ > Experimental and setting Enable Extract Function to true.
