Exposing Events to BluePrints - OnOpenRequest Event not showing in Blueprint when right click

Hi Guys
When i clicked on the OpenDoor componenent,then proceeded to check for the add event -> OnOpenRequest.
There was nothing of the sort in the list. I found that I was running V4.12.5 (Lecturer runs V4.10…), since the version changes there was changes to blueprint layout and design.

In the end I found by clicking on the OpenDoor component, below the Activation Tab(Details for the OpenDoor Component), there is a subsection for Events.This is where On Open Request Event can be clicked then created in the Event Graph.

You don’t have “context sensitive” ticked. On 4.13 and it’s still there as described in the lecture.

That works too. Apologies didn’t even noticed I had un-checked the Context Sensitivity on.

Looks like the original poster here got it solved, but I wanted to add another tip. One issue I ran across was I didn’t compile before looking for that option. Make sure to compile first too.
