Error "Cannot call method 'local_to_map' on a null value,"

Hello, I keep receiving an error when trying to run the game after this section, and I made sure to copy the code precisely to attempt a solution. I receive an error saying, “Cannot call method ‘local_to_map’ on a null value,” but it is displayed when I print the output.

Just to double check, have you got the exported gridmap variable assigned in the inspector and its not showing as null there?

if thats not it, can you show a screenshot of your raypickercamera script please.
or attach the script file
(rather than copy paste the script as it will keep the formatting if i open in godot)
