For some reason VS is telling me my code is riddled with errors but UE4 still compiles it and it works fine. I have tried restarted VS and UE but red lines still show up everywhere. Does anybody have any clue as to why? Thanks friends!

Have you tried shutting down visual, right click on the uproject and generate visual studio files? Sometimes it fixe this problem.
