I cheated a bit with some looped cuts and extrusions and also looked up how to do an emission surface just to make the lighthouse’s light more prominent. Then I connected the bridge, added a tunnel, added some fog, and a couple of more lights along the path/windows in the lighthouse to help draw the eye up.
