How does the engine you render in in Blender affect it’s importation and look in say Unity or Unreal?
Well, effectively it does not as they each render separately. So they are different engines, as much as Cycles and Eevee are different.

For game engines I would invest time in studying Blender Eevee, because it’s more built for render speed, using rasterizing technology like game engines do.
That makes sense. Makes me glad I prefer Eevee.
