You can’t upload video’s.
Upload them to YouTube or Vimeo.
And place the link in the reply. The website will show then a frame of your clip.

If you copy and paste the link, beware not to change it. If you do it correctly, the links is replaced by a screen shot. Instead of the link.
You have created a wedge!
And there is no good or wrong in Blender.
But at the bottom of the wedge, now you have an hidden edge.
And not a clean model with 6 vertices.
