Early level design for my FPS "Castle In The Woods"

Hi there fellow devs,

here are some early shots to show my layout for the “FPS Zombie Runner”.

Its basically a forest (green), with lots of trees(orange), a hidden shack (violett) at the lake (blue) and the abandoned alien ruins at the end of the level (blocky thing).


The X marks the players starting location.

I want the player to feel like “What is this over there?” “Lets have a look at it.”
Then he gets constantly attacked and has very low ammo."


(After some polishing and lighting)

But if he manages to kill the Zombies, he will find a few hidden spots, to regenerate health and restock on ammo.
