I tried on the challenge section and made a bit of a mess. I few ngons and a couple of places I could not fill at all. I then watched the rest of the lecture and Mike had some great ideas which ended up solving most of my problems. There are still issues on the top of the head and under the chin but those were there before I added the ears and will be problems until I figure them out. Anyway here is my head with eyes, ears, and a nose (which still needs work).
