Learning a new software can be challenging especially after having worked on other 3D softwares for a few years but Grant Abbitt’s explanations are so easy to understand and follow.
Nice layout!
Why the long pause …
I like that gap in the middle; what was the reason for that design? Hopefully there’s lore for it too =)
Welcome back, long break!
A fine looking dungeon.
Would the barrels and crates fit through the doors?
I made the gap thinking I would add some small props like shield, sword and other fighting equipment all pilled up but I got lazy and wanted to move on quickly with the blender basics before going ham on portfolio.
It’s great to be back and finally start my Blender journey…but yeah the long break was due to time constrain having to learn Maya, Houdini, Unreal, SP, SD for Job purposes already ate away too much of my time so didn’t wanna dabble on another software. But I am glad I am back LOL.
Thanks, and the long pause is due to not having enough time tbh I had to learn and work professionally on multiple giant tools like Maya, Houdini, Unreal, SD so couldn’t make my mind up in learning another giant software amongst work and stuff … But I have the time to finally learn Blender now and I have challenged myself to be as proficient in it as I am in Maya by the end of this year.
