I added a staircase for the first room/dungeon entrance and a boss room at the end. I used an Irradiance volume and baked indirect lighting according to this tutorial https://youtu.be/kUcJTYIxIe8 in order to get indirect lighting from emissive materials working.

Nice dungeon.
I never use Eevee for any final render so had no realisation emission did nothing in it! Good tip for a work around.

Yeah, by default emission makes the object with the emissive shader on it visible without any light shining upon it, but the emission has no effect upon other objects.
I generally prefer the look of Cycles, but am considering doing a video walkthrough of the dungeon, which would take prohibitively long to get a decent render in Cycles.
