Have you tried to increase the roughness to the maximum? If you change it manually and see some effect, that’s fine (though at that level I find it helps to see the whole effect). Mine was shiny like yours too. There is a step later on to make a roughness map too, so don’t worry too much yet. Nice green, by the way!

Ok … Ill try find the roughness settings 
… Any idead why Fill works and Draw (paint icon doesent )?

The roughness is visible in the material’s properties; at least you won’t have to look too far. Unfortunately I cannot think of a reason for the painting issue, out of not being possible to apply a particular tool somewhere…

Dont Worry I accidentally found out I think … I clicked on blank texture thing above withot any colour wheels Thaqnks for the Helps
