Draw brush in Sculpting in Blender is not working properly

Problem is in this video
I don’t know how that line comes to draw brush.

In Blender you can set your pen “stroke” type. Like dotted, a line, etc.

This would be the smooth stroke option thats been turned on
Its int he section indicated by @FedPete
