Is there a way of downloading course lectures to my PC? My internet service is not… Good for streaming sometimes…?

Not for PC no, but on both Android and iOS if you have devices like phones/tablets etc, Udemy have an app which does allow you to do that. I believe it also synchronises the lectures should anything get update also., so you don’t miss anything.
