which version should I download the 2019 1.1 or the version at the video 2017.1.1 or send me the latest one

Best to probably download the latest version - 2019.3.1

in that when I create a new project it shows a new screen it shows some templates like 2d 3d ect

Then just select new project - 3D - you can always change it to 2D or vice versa…?
