Hi Nalini,

Welcome to our community.

Please open Unity Hub, then click on Installs. If there isn’t any version of Unity in the list, click on Add.

If that does not work, you could download Unity manually from the Unity archive. See here:

Did this help?

I tried that but at the last it took few hours and at last its still loading what to do.than one more thing I am mittun Nalini is my mom

Maybe your internet connection is slow. In that case, the download could take a couple of hours.

You could test your internet speed on this website. However, I do not know how accurate it is. Do not download anything from any website which promises you to check your internet speed. If you are in doubt, ask your mother.

actually i saw the website you have sent I was looking for 2017 1.1 than it appeared but how to downloads it. the options was unity hub dow win dow mac replies what do da

If Unity Hub causes problems, you could stop Unity Hub. Then go to the Unity archive and download the setup file for Windows or Mac. If you use Windows, download the file for Windows. If you use a Mac, download the file for Mac.

Here is an example:

thank you very much

can I ask you questions 24/7 or it has timeings

answer me please

You may always ask me/us questions but we aren’t here 24/7. With more than 250,000 students to support, it might take a while until we answer but we aim to reply within 48 business days. If you are in a hurry, please feel free to ask our helpful community of students for advice in our official Discord chat. If you are a minor, ask your mother whether you may join the chat.

If you prefer to be able to do everything exactly as the instructor in the video, install the same version as the instructor. If you are willing to look up answers here in the forum or in the Q&A section or ask a question, you may use the latest stable version. Stable versions are those with an “f” in their name.
