Doors won't open even though pressure plate is attached to them

Hello,

I am stepping on my pressure plate and the doors won’t open.
Checks I have done so far:

  1. I have checked the code in Visual studio and OnOpenRequest shows up in Blueprint editor
    I am able to do the graph just like in the video.
  2. I have added a log message to Open method, and stepping on the pressure plate triggers the messages
  3. As stated in title, the doors has the pressure plate attached to them…

What could I have forgotten?

Ok that post will unforunately be of no use to the community since it was a mistake I made on code that differed from the tutorials.
Just the dangers of straying too far from the tutorials.
