Don't see the yellow dot when changing lights

Hello, I’m using blender 4.0 and I don’t have the yellow circle to control the light’s direction. How can I fix this ?

Please give full screenshots with any questions. With the relevant panels open.
This can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left-hand side.
On that menu dropdown is ‘save screenshot’.
