Does GameDev.tv offer sponsorships to YouTubers in exchange for a promotion?

Right now I am only interested in whether there is a possibility for a collaboration with GameDev.tv. If there is, I would pitch my idea for a video at a later date (with relevant links, examples, and proof of concept).
