Ive resorted to dissolving the offending verts … In the neck it should be fine but now in the arms same problem … Dissolving verts in edit mode seems not to be mirrored and messes up things in sculpt mode ?
Vox at 0.004 which I assume is about the minimum for this stage… Lowering it more will probably slow an complicate in future ?

The more verts you have, the more difficult it will be to manage them individually.
Use in edit mode MENU vertice > smooth vertices on group of vertices
Or use the sculpt smooth brush.
Also, think about the need to clean this up. Maybe it isn’t visible.
And it will be smoothed out when you create the low poly version.
