Hello, I’m following the beginner course and there a description that i find very useful that I can’t see on my blender.
Its about the “Inset” tool, where option are displayed, but I’m not able to find it on my blender (ver 4.2) and can’t find any info on how to put them, any help is welcomed !
I don’t have version 4 yet, but I know that these descriptions may be in the bar at the bottom of the window. Have you checked it? There is so much information on these screens that it is easy to overlook - and I am almost sure that there are also settings for that.
Possibly Edit–>Preferences–>Interface–>Display–>Tooltips–>User Tooltips. It looks like it’s turned on by default, and with good reason; in software like Blender, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to turn these off!
That’s right, though I was thinking in terms of Blender being a programmers’ “child”. Why a programmer at heart would have something that could not be configured in their software where there are means to configure it? No way! (I am included there)
Ha, yes, that’s a very good point ^v^
