I finished up my Tilevania project, a cute platformer where you play as a little green dino collecting coins and shooting slimes.
I added some additional features to my game, including
- Start menu, game over, and credits screens
- Particle effects for various events
- Sound effects for various events
- Multiple enemy types which have varying life and point values
I learned a lot from this project and had a lot of fun with it! I’m excited to start the next portion of the course (Laser Defender), but I already feel capable of making much bigger projects after this one.
