For me, this is still a strange and exciting experience drawing.
I feel like I’m getting better at drawing simple shapes every time
Try a soft grey color. Draw from the shoulder building up the circles. Every time the circle will be darker (adding grey). Then the shape of the circle will clearer. And finally the circle is there.
It is not about to draw it in one go, but slightly improving the shape.
