Different lighting in scenes

After I set up the SceneSetup tag, with a camera, player, terrain, canvas and sun I tried creating a new scene and dragging those prefabs in.
However, in my main scene it looks as I expect, in my sandbox scene it’s a lot darker - and I can’t seem to find out why that is.

The values of all the components etc. for the sun are the same:

I’m not sure why this would be the case. The only things I have in my main scene that’s not in the sandbox scene are a bunch of enemies and cubes.
Also, everything is based on the same prefabs (hence the mountains in the sandbox scene)

What happens if you scroll down to the bottom of the lighting window and click on the bake lighting (or similarly worded) button? Do that for both and see what they look like once you are sure the lighting has been baked.
