Developer needed to fix an old game for nostalgic reasons. [paid job]

I am looking for a game developer who can fix an old game.
Paid off course.
The game is “Theme Park World(Gold Edition)” for PC, from 1999.
I have actually made a tutorial on installing this game, twice.
But only a day after uploading the windows 11 version of the tutorial, the game stopped working for me… again.
I really like to play the game, without it crashing constantly.
So I was hoping that a game developer can take a look at it and find a solution.
I prefer that the game will stay untouched, and that an emulator can be built around it.
As in… have the game run in an ideal environment.
Then have that environment be compatible with current/future versions of windows.
But I don’t know if that is the best idea, or possible.

Creating an emulator for a game can be seriously difficult work, this site is aimed at helping those new to Game Development learn how to make their own games and students here would not likely have the skillset required to perform a task like this.

You would have better luck posting a job ad on Fiver or Upwork.
