Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019

Hello, I am new to Visual Code 2019. I am on Windows 10 and if i want to compile codes i need to open them via Developer Command Prompt for VS 2019, but the problem is I dont have this app on my computer. Is there any way I can install it or download it, or have I maybe missed something

Visual Studio Code and Visual Studio 2019 are different products and 2019 is mandatory.
Did you install Visual Studio 2019 as well with these options?
