Hi. I really enjoyed the prospects of this project, so I decided to think about a shipping container tower as a collective living place. Eight floors, modular boxes everywhere 
I started by create 5 different types of container volumes.
Then, I shaped the tower to get a first look at it. Many adjustments are needed!
For the props, I want to create :
Seems a fun project. They do make container homes and stack them up. You will have to get correct dimensions for standard containers. I am not sure the cube like sections exist to use?

Yeah, I red some articles about container homes for students, it’s one of my inspirations (and a little bit the Mad Max universe too ^^).
I found some infos with this types of sizes. I guess that the smaller ones are more used for storage than shipping : https://1300sparebox.com.au/top-five-tips-buying-shipping-container/
But perhaps I need to add one of two more with intermediate sizes, like refrigerated container, which is smaller
