Degree values when creating the gold material

Just wanted to mention this tip for creating materials, specifically if you are finding a color online and you only have the value specified in HSV format, in the more common format where the Hue is specified as a degree value. From the video, you can enter 46 degrees as the hue as β€œ46/360” and Blender will convert it to a percentile.

Blender has such smart input controls. It amazes me every time!

Oddly, this is one of the less smart input areas. Typically in a field that takes either an integer or degree measurement, you can put a β€œd” after the value to automatically convert to degrees. This is one of the few input fields that doesn’t support this.
