Also my second attempt, took me about 90 minutes. In my first try I added a sphere on top op the base but that quickly went sideways. Much happier with this one where I kept extracting from the cylinder.
I’m also using red instead of black as per the chess set I found

You have a very nice designed wooden chessset.
It has some design simplicity, except for the wooden horse. Which is beautiful crafted. But has too much details, which the other pieces do not have.
I know, it’s easy to carried away in a create process. Trying out features.
Nevertheless you have a nice project going on. Good job!
