Dedicated server and listen server

While studying the basics of Unreal, I got curious. When using Unreal Dedicated Server and Listen Server, is the logic for exchanging physical information data of connected players the same? For example, when you switch a game hosted on a listen server to a dedicated server, does it change much? If so, what changes besides the structure of the server?
