Cyberpunk Hammer

A cyberpunk styled war hammer I’ve created, however I’ve got a problem in the cycles model, as it can be seen, in the central decoration there’s an illumination glitch. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you so much!

Prabably a mesh problem. Faces (verices) conflict. Check and clean-up your model.
