Crosshair stays red forever

My code is exactly as Ben’s code (I even compared it using github), but my crosshair won’t turn into green or yellow, and neither me nor the AI tanks are able to shoot.
My Unreal version is currently 4.18.3.

I have had the same issue/bug. The simple fix is to delete and reattach the aiming component to the tank blueprint.
