Using the principles introduced in the Dino lectures, I also made myself a fennec fox to apply what I knew. I originally tried to do something similar (before lessons) and it took weeks, now only took me less than a day. I do want to eventually design avatars and objects for VRchat, so this seems like a pretty good start.
