Hello there, I would like to ask someone who already have experience in creating assets for game engines.
My real question is, how can I export from blender to Unity ( I have the blender-to-unity python script and it works fine) including textures and modules so the user can create his own building or etc. I have finished the course and I took extra time onto the game assets section but I still got few questions. Should I texture my object in blender or I should let the user do this into the game engine ? Should I make the objects close to real size to avoid any scaling stretching etc ? I’ve would like also to ask if someone have published to unity assets store, how is it done and what are the requirements ?
Thanks for the help !
Hi,
What you would do is design for the brief so design for what the consumer wants.
You would create the texture and bake it out so that they can apply it in the game engine.
Unfortunately i cannot help with the unity asset store process as i have not engaged in doing myself
