When i create a new tile palette i shows up in the project tab but i get an error and i’m not able to select the new tile palette in the tile palette window.
This appears to be a known bug in some of the more recent versions of Unity.
Try following the instructions here as a temporary workaround.
The nice thing about Unity is that they update constantly. The bad part of this is sometimes they break things.
