From the Basic Blender 4 Lecture Course

I followed Grant’s Sculpting Instructions, but I went ahead and added some (read: a lot) of my own zing to it. Looks insane, but I had a ton of fun detailing all the wrinkles and bulbous bits and pushing around the mesh to form crazy expressions.
Grant’s horns were little wienies, so I made Goatman some big honkin’ things, because obviously he has to defend himself from the dogs when he gets into the scrap heap behind the mountain cottage. I went for fairly realistic here (lol), to contrast with the insane facial/head sculpt.
Painting was a very satisfying part for me. Had no idea what I was doing at first, but I figured it out fairly quickly, so spent some time building up layers of colors and seeing how they blended together. Fairly direct in my approach here; putting the colors where they go. Followed Grant’s Instructions; breaking the form down to fewer large areas of less detail was my big take away from this section. I thought the eyes’ balls deserved more detail, so went ahead and painted them in the sculpt - gave Goatman his deserved Goat Eyes.
Looking forward to learning more and getting up to some more whacky shenanigans in the future - this was a blast and great course! Thanks @Grant_Abbitt!
Thanks for looking and reading!
