Course Idea: Unreal Engine 5 RPG tutorial

The same course beats as the Unity one (creating NPCs and dialogue, a combat system, quests, an inventory system etc) but done in UE5. Also can we get a tutorial on how to make a start screen and menus etc? We don’t really have that so far the courses seem to be entirely focused around the main game content without much of the peripheral… which is fine but I feel it needs to be covered.
