Running GIMP 2.10 on Windows 10 laptop. BIMP extension would not install (no admin rights). GIMP 2.8 (but not 2.10) would install and run under MobaXterm (a form of Cygwin) - however the 2.10 .xcf is not compatible with the 2.8 .xcf --> I’ll try this section of the course later.
In the meantime, it would be good to (a) upgrade the course to GIMP 2.10 (b) use only SW that can be used without administrator priviliges. Tip: offer instructions on how to run GIMP in a cloud environment.
