Convex Hull

After some fiddling with the decimate tool, recreating some faces on the base, and using the remove doubles tool to further simplify the geometry this is what I got.
[EDIT] After continuing the video I realized I lost a tiny bit of width. Enough so that I know it would annoy me if I were playing a game using this collider. I’m writing this to show this as an example of going just a little to far. I am going to go back and fix this.



Here is my update Hull. I put the ref image to show that the width is now correct. My faces are also below a hundred which seems pretty good to me.

[Edit] Another update. I used the collider in Unity and I need notice that the Pin does not necessarily roll like it is perfectly round. When the roll gets a little slow it starts rolling like it has dents in it. Definitely something to consider when deciding how many vertex you want in the collider.
