Components not added to blueprints

Hi, I seem to have the right code for the PawnBase class and have compiled it a few times, but each time I create the blueprint class the components I added don’t appear and I instead see DefaultScene Root, even though the parent base is correct. Any idea why it’s not working as in the lecture?

I just closed and reopened unreal and it all works now!!! :slight_smile:

I experienced the exact same issue, Try Close/Open the Editor, if this doesn’t work, Delete the Binaries folder in the root project folder and reopen project. (i skipped to the latter and indeed it worked).

I had the same issue. But then I realized that he actually says that its recommended to close the editor when making changes like this. That’s why closing and reopening works.
